Several dozen owners of Renault, Dacia but also Nissan will file a criminal complaint against Renault Group and Nissan. The offences are serious – "aggravated deception, deceptive commercial practices" and even serious, "fraud, destruction, damage and deterioration dangerous to people, endangering the lives of others" The applicants, in particular, are the vanguard of a group of victims representing, to date, 1,782 persons.
The application will be heard in the criminal court of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine), this Monday, June 5.
