The punctuality report on the Ile-de-France lines for the year 2023 is being finalized. The campaign “will begin at the end of March and will compensate 15 railway axes, between half a month of Navigo package and a month and a half for the RER B axis located between Aulnay and Mitry-Claye”, announced Île- de-France Mobilités this Wednesday.
Reimbursement requests will only be made on the IDFM Internet portal.
