Beauvais, Bresles, Compiègne, Chantilly, Creil or Méru, all these municipalities in the department are looking for one or more municipal police officers. As in Méru which shows a deficit of eight positions out of a workforce of twenty agents.
“Our problem is that it has gotten worse over time, the departures, more or less old, have accumulated,” sighs Catherine Lebrun, the mayor’s chief of staff.
