Despar recovers and donates 400 tons of unsold food to Fvg. In 2023, Aspiag Service, concessionaire of the Despar, Eurospar and Interspar brands for Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy, collected 385 tonnes.
The initiative, launched in the past, aims to combat food waste, combining environmental sustainability and assistance to people in difficulty. Overall, in 2023 in the 5 regions in which it operates, Despar recovered 1,460 tonnes of food.
