DNA convicts a multiple offender with a large amount of cutlery. The 35-year-old was given a suspended sentence at the Landshut regional court.
He was only caught after he broke into a kiosk in Erding on the night of September 1, 2023. There he was surprised by an employee who was hit on the head by the 35- year-old. The offenses were therefore tried separately because a separation was necessary due to an old sentence that led to a subsequent combined sentence with Dachau.
