The court in Famagusta rejected last night (Monday) the DNA evidence of two of the rape accused in Cyprus. This is after an interim decision made by the defense attorneys against the admissibility of the evidence collected from the defendants.

The DNA samples were taken on the sly when they were told it was a corona test. Lawyer Nir Yaslovitz: "I welcome the court's decision that invalidated the way in which the Cyprus police illegally took the evidence from my client"
