Drought Commissioner, water rationed in Sicily in 150 Municipalities. In Sardinia something will improve because it rained, but in Sicily it absolutely didn't rain.
"We are trying to give precise indications by district of what will happen in the next 50 years, in order to plan our future", says Nicola Dell'Acqua, Commissioner against water scarcity, in a hearing before the Chamber's Environment Commission. The Sicily Region has had to ration water in 150 municipalities. I can't imagine what will happening this summer.
