Geretsried police were concerned about a car parked in a traffic violation on Sunday evening. The driver showed signs of previous drug use - which he did not deny when asked by the officers.
A test also confirmed the use of narcotics. A doctor then took blood from the man in the Wolfratshausen district clinic. He will be fined and banned from driving. A man reported the damage to his VW Passat to the police after returning from a trip. The owner estimates the amount of damage to be around 2,500 euros.
