Drunk driver causes accident with school bus. Police had to respond to an accident involving a school bus on Wednesday.
15 elementary school students and the driver of the bus remained uninjured. An alcohol test on the person who caused the accident showed a value above the permitted alcohol limit. The Opel driver's driver's license was confiscated. A blood sample was also taken from the 53-year-old. The car was no longer drivable and had to be towed away. The bus suffered total economic damage, which the police estimated at around 5,000 euros.
