Eching mourns the loss of the former fire chief and CSU local councilor Klemens Seemüller. “As a community, we are losing a person of greatness, good nature, humanity and willingness to help,” said the Eching community.
The deceased, widowed since 2010, leaves behind a son and two daughters with families and nine grandchildren as well as his partner Erika Weilermann. In 2020, Mayor Sebastian Thaler awarded him the Citizen's Medal for special services.
