A complaint was filed Wednesday in Tours by an EDF department manager for “malicious acts” committed against 41 customers. The acts were “committed by an employee of a subsidiary located in Le Havre,” said the public prosecutor, Catherine Sorita-Minard.

According to the magistrate, the accused “suffered from psychological disorders and would have been laid off” The complaint is forwarded to the Le HavRe police station for investigation. Among the acts alleged against the accused include contract terminations, changes in the name of contract holders or even cancellations of automatic debits.
