A 49-year-old woman from Ehrwald was driving her car on the B23 from Griessen towards Garmisch. Since she had previously shown clear signs of alcohol loss at the gas station shortly before the border, the police were called.

The driver refused a breath alcohol test. A blood sample was taken and the vehicle key was confiscated. The incident occurred on January 28th around 7:20 a.m., a day before the first anniversary of the Second World War.
