Energy consumption of Parisian social housing decreased by 28% on average when energy renovation work was carried out. This feedback covers 51 operations undertaken between 2012 and 2020 on 9,162 housing units belonging to the three largest Parisian landlords.

“This is the first study of this magnitude on a French scale and its results are more positive than those carried out on a European scale,” underlines Jacques Baudrier, deputy (PCF) at Paris town hall in charge of housing.
