The day is intended to be an annual event, says the National Council of Engineers president. It is "no longer a problem of resources but rather an organizational problem," he says, urging the initiation of "adequate planning" for the country's hydrogeological risk. The event was organized by his National Council and together with that of geologists, whose president Arcangelo Francesco Violo spoke of a day, "which we plan to make an annual event."
