From 1 January 2023 the regulation on environmental labeling came into force in Italy. Cosmetica Italia, alongside Conai, actively participated in the entire regulatory process.
The Association has developed a specific area of its institutional website with the function of an official collector to facilitate the consumer in searching and consulting information relating to the correct disposal of cosmetic packaging. Sustainability is a priority issue for the cosmetics industry. For this reason, the cosmetics sector works in synergy with bodies and institutions, constantly investing in the design of sustainable packaging solutions.
