Erg completes the acquisition of the wind and solar portfolio - Energia & Energie. Erg, through its subsidiary Erg Eolienne France, has completed the acquisition from QEnergy France of 100% of Cepe Renouvellement Haut Cabardès.
The portfolio of plants subject to the acquisition is composed of two photovoltaic parks in operation, for a total of 20.4 MW of power. The estimated overall production is approximately 125 Gwh/year.
