Escalation due to illegal parking: traffic monitor badly insulted - landlord and waiter in court. When they tried to stick the 55 euro fine under the windshield wiper, the situation escalated.
A waiter and a restaurateur are said to have massively insulted and threatened the two men. Both have now been sentenced to fines by the Wolfratshausen district court. The judge asked the two defense lawyers and the public prosecutor to have a “legal discussion’ behind closed doors. The hearing then quickly ended and two other witnesses were dismissed unheard.
