87-year-old man arrested and placed in custody at Massy-Palaiseau police station. He is suspected of killing his wife in their pavilion in Verrières-le-Buisson.
He admitted the facts, then explained that he would have done so at his request. He then attempted suicide, to no avail. He remains in custody on Friday. An investigation has been opened for "homicide by spouse" in Evry-Courcouronnes.
