Eugenio Zaffaroni's attorney died in the house of the former Supreme Court judge. The discovery was made by a maid who worked there.

The man was identified as Ricardo Montivero and, according to the Buenos Aires police, he had fainted in the bathtub when he was taking a bath. The death was confirmed by SAME doctors who attended the scene. In 2013, Montiveri's name had already been in the news when, as Zaffaroni's attorney, he paid a fine to end the criminal case that had been initiated against the former judge.
