A video posted on the social network Snapchat shows two teenagers throwing kittens against a tree and then in the air. An investigation has been opened for acts of cruelty to animals resulting in death by the prosecutor's office of Evreux.
The gendarmerie is in charge of the investigations. The animal protection association Stéphane Lamart also filed a complaint against the two individuals for serious abuse and act of cruelty resulting inDeath.
