The French left is in favour of a common list for the European elections of 2024. The Insubordinates are forcing to impose it despite the great reservations of the socialists and the categorical refusal of the ecologists.
"We are not going to give up," warns an LFI official. "Imagine otherwise what the media will say if Macron's list and that of the RN come out on top and neither of the left exceeds 15%. This will be a very bad signal sent to the French for 2027," he adds.
