False apartment advertisements in Schwabing: Police catch alleged landlady in the act. Police suspect organized fraud behind the case.
Initial investigations indicate that the 34-year-old did not act alone. It seems that several people were involved and everything was organized professionally. All persons who accepted a real estate offer at Kurfürstenstraße 20 between February 13th and 15th, 2024 are asked to contact Commissariat 64 at the Munich Police Headquarters (Tel. 089 2910-0) or any other police station.
