Fire brigade operation in Hechendorf: wood chip bunker successfully extinguished. Around 50 volunteers from the fire departments were called to Partenkirchner Straße.
The bunker contained around 30 cubic meters of wood chips. The fire brigade's operation was characterized by efficient and rapid firefighting, which was successfully ended after around two hours. Fortunately, no one was injured during the operation and major damage was prevented. All embers there could be completely extinguished, which prevented the fire from spreading further.
