The royal, who retired from royal service in 2020, met his father in London on February 6, 2024. He then immediately flew back to the United States. At an award ceremony in Las Vegas, he joked in a speech and didn't mention his sick father at all. There was nothing to indicate that he had recently meeting his father, King Charles, who was suffering from cancer, in London.
