First course with new daycare staff completed. All those who hold the certificate are now allowed to work as assistants in the BRK's 22 daycare centers in the Starnberg district or with other providers.
The qualification to become a daycare assistant was developed by the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs and the State Institute for Early Childhood Education. The Gautinger course was the first of its kind. The learning content of the block of Module A was about empathy and the ability to cooperate.
