Judge Hugo Ricardo Sastre decided to grant the "self-satisfactory measure" requested by Torres against "the National State - National Executive Branch - Ministry of Transportation" Thus, it ordered that the Nation "refrain from dictating and/or executing any act that seeks the elimination of the Interior Compensation Fund"
