Vienne is popular with history buffs, spa guests and families. The former Jesuit chapel was built in 1852 by the architect Tournesac.

At the end of a two-year project, the neo-Gothic building unveiled in 2012. The menu here brilliantly combines tradition and modernity. It includes snacked salmon, lamb gasconnade with herring, half-breast, truffled scrambled eggs and half-cooked scallops. All topped off with homemade desserts and artisan ice creams and sorbets.
