Flepar, a rule is needed for gender equality in top PA roles. A more marked female presence at the top means seeing the market value of companies increase, with a positive impact also on the national GDP.
Out of 90 general managers in ministries only 13 are women, while in the context of investee companies, out of 262 companies with sole directors only 10% are women. According to data from the Europa Research Centre, the percentage of women among employees, by qualification, in 2022 is 58% among office workers (it was 57.1% in 2008).
