FLG and Webasto enter into an educational partnership. The aim is to network schools and businesses.
There are currently 58 commercial trainees at the company headquarters in Stockdorf, made up of 32 dual students and 26 industrial clerk trainees. After the Pentecost holidays, the ninth graders complete a one-week career orientation internship. The company offers FLG students applicant training, as well as workshops on the subject of assessment centers, i.e. complex assessment procedures when searching for candidates for a position.
