Germany's largest energy supplier Eon announces a long-awaited price reduction for electricity and gas for its customers. Eon supplies 12 million households in Germany with electricity and more than 2 million households with natural gas.
The price reductions are planned before the start of the heating season on September 1, 2023, especially in numerous basic supply areas. The company is delivering on its promise to use the leeway for price reductions as soon as it is given, says Eon CEO Filip Thon.
