The Internal Ethics Committee of the Broadcasting Corporation has established framework rules for the appearance of commentators, panelists and anglers. The decision binds all of the corporation's platforms.

According to the established rules, interviews with suspects, accused or convicted of serious violent crimes will be exceptional and rare. Each case will be examined on its merits and in depth - including the context in which it was conducted - by the senior management in the news division and the decision will be in their hands. The committee further determined that the essential guiding test is the existence of a public interest in an interview or participation in a panel.
