Prosecutor Grazia Pradella wrote this in a note. The deputy had been investigated for corruption and trafficking in illicit influence in an investigation into procurement in the province of Piacenzia, which in 2022 had led to some precautionary measures and in recent days, indictment was requested for other positions. The Prosecutor's Office signed the dismissal request.
