Four tourists killed in a shipwreck on the coast of the Caribbean Sea in Mexico. About 19 people were traveling on the boat when the capacity was 16.
The boat sank between Isla Mujeres and Cancún, in the state of Quintana Roo. One of the victims is a 10-year-old boy. The Attorney General's Office ordered the arrest of the captain of the boat, for being responsible for the tourist trip. The ship would have been destabilized by a wave caused by a larger vessel that just passed near it.
