Ari Haro convicted of fraud and breach of trust. Six months of community service and a fine of NIS 700,000 were imposed on him.
Haro was accused of carrying out actions in conflict of interest between his public position and his personal interest. He admitted the facts of the indictment against him, as part of a plea agreement in the 3H Global company case. According to the settlement, the parties will petition to sentence Haro to six months ofCommunity service. After his conviction according to his confession, it was determined that the arguments for punishment will take place after receiving the opinion of the commissioner of communityservice.
