From the battlefield to the hospital: the IDF's new medical app. During the fighting in Gaza, the need arose to improve the transfer of medical information about casualties in the battle.
The medical records of wounded people in the field have so far been entered manually on a written page. In the application, the caregiver enters information about the condition of the injured and the treatment given to him. The information is transmitted via NFC cards between the levels of treatment on the way to thehospital to which he will be transferred in Israel.
