Further dispute over the diesel driving ban in Munich: German environmental aid is suing for stricter rules. EU limit of 40 micrograms of nitrogen oxide per cubic meter of air continues to be exceeded at Landshuter Allee.
The second stage of the concept for diesel driving bans must be implemented immediately. This means that diesel engines with Euronorm 5 will no longer be allowed to travel on or within the Middle Ring. The court date is March 14th. The city decided against a further stage - because of better air quality.
