Gas station thief loses cigarette loot. Property damage amounted to around 1,000 euros.
The burglar was able to get into the gas station through the toilet window. The tenant was apparently notified by the alarm center and rushed to the building. The perpetrator then fled with his prey across fields and forests towards Wielenbach. There he probably tripped over a tree and lost his prey, which was found during a later search by the police patrol. The Weilheim police station will receive information about this incident on 0881/640-0.
