Generative AI, almost 70% of companies use it in Italy. 77% of Italian companies are also more inclined to consider AI as a strategic lever to achieve business objectives, more than the European average of 63%.
Microsoft cites the examples of Sace and Reale Group. The first, controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, has cleared the use of AI in the public sector, thanks to Copilot and Viva, to automate some procedures and respond in a faster to SMEs.
