46-year-old man threatened to start a fire by brandishing white spirit and a lighter. The man now lives on the other side of the Seine, in Clichy, but he still has the keys to the apartment.
He was immediately arrested and taken into custody for threats and destruction by incendiary means. A judicial investigation is opened to trace the precise course of events. The incident took place in the early hours of Wednesday morning on the edge of Asnières, in Gennevilliers.
