Gironde: flooded, services at an Arès hospital temporarily close, around sixty operations postponed. Around fifteen centimeters of water infiltrated the ground floor of the Wallerstein private hospital, in Gironde.
Firefighters intervened to evacuate the water using a sewer truck. Gironde was placed on orange alert for flood risks by Météo France. The meteorological agency lowered the alert to yellow level this Monday afternoon. The department was also concerned by anorange alert for waves-submersion this weekend.
