The soldier is accused of assaulting, abusing and threatening the life of a Palestinian resident of Judea and Samaria together with three other fighters from Battalion 51. This was in revenge for filming him and other soldiers during arrest.
The soldier is also accused of concealing the act from his commanders and even acting to obstruct the MPIU investigation. The prosecution intends to indict the other three soldiers. At the request of the suspects' attorneys, a hearing will be held before the MAG Corps before the wording of the indictment is decided.
