Greater Lyon: the right seizes the prosecutor and the financial prosecutor's office for a suspicion of favoritism on urban heating. Since the start of 2024, the sending before Christmas of an anonymous email accusing Greater Lyon of having favored the company which won the bid to the detriment of its competitor has thrown this project into disarray.
The community filed a complaint against X last Friday for “slanderous denunciation” and became a civil party to identify the author of the email. It is now up to the courts to resolve this matter.
