Green living is becoming a reality in Geretsried - ecological mini-district starts sales. Using wood, straw and clay, it shows the direction of sustainable construction.
Five terraced houses and two semi-detached houses are to be built there with ecological considerations in mind. Over 500 experts digitally looked over the team's shoulder during planning and helped to further optimize Alinea. The purchase price has since been adjusted slightly upwards and is between a good one and one and a half million euros. The houses are expected to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2025.
