Two people rescued after an avalanche hitting a blue slope. Two skiers were caught and buried in an avalanche this Wednesday in the Praz de Lys Sommand area in Haute-Savoie.

They escaped without injuries. In total, 35 rescuers from the slopes service and mountain units of the Annecy gendarmerie, accompanied by four avalanche dogs and two helicopters (Dragon 74 and Choucas Chamonix) were mobilized for this operation. In the middle of the afternoon, the grooming machines began to clear the track.
