Clifton Williams, 64, faces criminal charges over the attack in Louisville, Kentucky. He was set bail at $7,500 and is prohibited from contacting the victim, who was hospitalized.
The suspect began throwing objects at his roommate when he realized the last patty, which was for heating in a microwave, was missing. He then shot her in the buttocks as she tried to escape, local TV station WLKY-TV reported. The victim was taken to UofL Hospital in Louisville to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
