A 23-year-old, wanted by the police, was caught in the act of snatching. In police custody, he admitted to having used this same process at least seven times.
Since at least the beginning of January, it has been rampant in the southern sector of Nantes, in Rezé and Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire. It targeted ladies of varying degrees of age, from around 60 to 85 years old. If other women have been victims of such an attack, they are invited to report to the police.
