A 20-year-old young man was electrocuted while trying to steal underground high-voltage cables in the southwest area of Rosario. Reportedly, he ended up with 90% of his body burned and his health status is critical.
The young man, identified by the police as Ezequiel Francisco A., went into the well with the intention of stealing cables, but received an electric shock that caused serious burns. A video filmed by a neighbor, which went viral, shows the young man minutes after his electrocution. He staggers out, in a clear state of shock and with his body almost completely blackened.
