Floods, landslides and avalanches were reported in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola on Monday after days of rain. In March alone, Monday's event was the second time landslides, avalanches and flooding were reported across northern Italy. Numerous landslides also occurred in regions such as Veneto, Liguria and Tuscany.
