Heroes in volunteer work: 15,000 hours of lifesaving - and with the utmost commitment. The Wolfratshausen volunteer fire department completed 14,585 hours of work.
And they did so at the risk of their own health: there were people injured in the car dealership fire. Last year, 94 active members contributed 7,626 hours of voluntary work in exercises and training alone. In contrast to many other voluntary associations, the Wolfratshauser Wehr does not have any worries about young talent.
