Hirmer is separating from his hotel division - but is still holding on to the Bachmair am See. Hirmer Immobilien GmbH & Co.KG, which took over the traditional hotel on a long-term lease in 2020, has separated from its hotel division Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts.

There was talk of renovation and reopening with 130 rooms in 2025. No information on the further course of the project, but Hirmer remains behind the project.
